The Stadium "Giuseppe Meazza", better known as San Siro Stadium, is located in Piazzale Axum to Milan.
And 'the stage of Milan that houses the two home teams: AC Milan and Inter.
The stadium was expanded during "Italy 90", with the creation of the rings above and installation of the roof above.
It has a quadrangular plant and in addition to hosting football matches is used at concerts that require high influx of people.
The Stadio Meazza on is invaded by a double of steps, ramps served by overlapping completely surround it and give it its particular architectural feature known to all.
San Siro also hosts concerts of the greatest Italian and international singers.
Come arrivare con i mezzi pubblici:
Metropolitana: linea MM1 (rossa) fermata LOTTO, poi si prosegue a piedi lungo viale Caprilli fino allo Stadio. In occasione delle partite di calcio esiste un servizio di navette dalle fermate di LOTTO e di LAMPUGNANO (parcheggio di interscambio) della linea MM1.
Autobus: linea 49 da piazza Tirana (stazione FS San Cristoforo) a piazzale Lotto, fermata di piazza Axum;
Autobus: linea 78 da via Govone a via Lorenteggio, fermata di via Tesio.
Tram: linea 16 da piazza Fontana (Duomo) a San Siro, fermata al capolinea di via Dessiè.
